I am a tech professional working on database designs and performance for over 20 years. Currently, I am a Program Manager for Microsoft working specifically with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse Analytics. (Although you probably guessed that by now since most of my posts are specific to Synapse.) I love making big data sets perform really fast and helping customers realize the value of their data. Sometimes that value is realized in just the ability to get the answers they are looking for which can be difficult with really large data sets. For non-techy people, this can be abstract and the best way to describe it is that I help make really big things move really fast.
Please note that this is my personal blog, created with the intention to share ideas and help like-minded individuals. Comments and opinions here are my own and not of Microsoft.
Why the title?
One of the most important concepts for career development is the need to create a brand that reflects the authentic self. What better way to do that than to promote your own brand? Therefore, this blog site is simply named after me – no catchy phrases or names. Just me.
